I am an Intellectual Property Attorney with Widerman Malek, PL. I have been practicing exclusively in the Intellectual Property field since 1999. I am a registered Patent Attorney, and focus most of my practice on the prosecution of patents, trademarks and copyrights, as well as licensing and litigation to enforce those rights. I dedicate a substantial amount of my practice to negotiating and preparing licensing agreements for our clients with respect to their intellectual property. My litigation practice includes enforcing intellectual property rights for my clients and defending my clients against enforcement actions.
