Hire Centre Manager, KentDevelop and promote the Company’s hire business, to include the full range of products and services. This is a target driven role and the key focus is on order winning activity.Responsibilities include however not limited to:- Achieve KPI targets for core hire and cross selling additional services (Order numbers, Contract value, Building services, Visit numbers, Enquiries, Business development)- Prepare quotations and drawings against customer requirements.- Define the requirements of the order and ensure quality information is passed to the Service and/or Projects team, to enable the order to be processed including ensuring a design freeze meeting takes place for all complex projects.- Ensure complete and detailed Handover to Projects teams and relevant building service departments. Completing and Maintaining all audit-able documentation- Carry out structured business development, generating fresh initiatives to heighten local awareness and maximise conversion of direct enquiries.- Building and Maintaining relationships within key sectors and key industries- Using own initiative to develop localised campaigns to pursue business development activities.- Ensure customer contact is made once product is on hire to ensure maximum satisfaction, continuity of business and maximise referral opportunities.- Effectively use internal systems (e.g. SAP and CRM) to maintain customer information.- Liaise with Service Supervisor/Manager regarding stock movements for delivery/termination, along with all necessary refurbishment and fitting out work to agreed standards.
