Working closely with its partners, these infrastructures are regularly upgraded with the latest technology and systems.Job Description :• Led the Operation, Process, and Manufacturing team of Berline (Malt Based drinks - VIVA & HORLICKS)• Lead a team of operations staff to achieve production targets, quality standards, and cost reduction goals • Develop and implement SOPs, for production processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Design, implement, and maintain process controls to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in production. Conduct regular training sessions for team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skills development• Performing the Operational trial for the VIVA malted base product with the R&D.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes • Prepared the operational philosophy for the operation and process• Optimizing and improving the process to maintain the product quality and hygienic of the process.• Responding to unexpected issues or emergencies in the production process and implementing CAPA.• Ensuring safety and regulation compliance.• Data analyzing and reporting•Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and employee engagement
