In my recent projects my main work area was to do requirement analysis and Planning on project scope with business, BA and project team through daily scrum meetings and governance call. Facilitating environment and resource allocation, Gathering and tracking all required documents and updates from business and project team in JIRA, Excel and presenting to client whenever required. Regular project tracking including daily incidents, deployment updates, KPI, SLA tracking, Defect tracking, Cross functional team management. Used tools like ServiceNow for ITSM, Jira for test management, Defect tracking and Release management. Facilitated projects for data migration and updating in different servers, databases, windows, handling development and support team of 30 + members. Coordinating between multiple infrastructure support teams for Incident and change Management, deployments and smooth processing of BAU maintaining SLA, Responding to crisis and emergency situations with patience and proper communication following Agile methodologies, resulting in a successful delivery of the respective project. I have mainly focused on Retail CPG and Utility sector, willing to explore more domains!
