Responsible for the complete recruitment process following policy and procedures for a wide range of positions. Maintain all statistical data associated with the recruitment of open positions ensuring timely and accurate information processingEstablish and develop efficient recruitment strategies with the objective of completing mandates in a timely manner and ensure clients satisfaction.Responsible for providing coordination and support to upper management Execute strategic sourcing techniques to include a variety of resources such as internet, advertising, internal and external databases, employee referrals, direct sourcing and job fairsInforms and completes necessary documents for the payroll department of any status and rate changes, sick leave or vacation request for any temporary employee respecting to payroll deadlinesFirst contact for any employee relation issues including incidents, accidents, complaints and/or general inquiriesRecord data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminationsProactively participates, by usual or innovative means, to the constant development of database of candidates in order to fill positions Maintaining accurate employee files and recordsCommunicate to employees with our clients regarding their performance and their career management within our companyRepresent the company at different events pertaining to Human ResourcesUpdate and revise policies and ensure it is completed accuratelyScreen applicants appropriately, conducting preliminary telephone interviewsMaintain a professional relationship with all the candidates met and temporary employees assigned to specific clients, follow ups and answer all requests.Work with recruiting manager and account executives to understand specific needs of available positions and candidates
