I'm a recent graduate of Advertising and Public Relations at DePaul University. To supplement my education, I've interned at a number of esteemed organizations. My experience at these programs has allowed me to hone my growing set of research, data analytics, and SQL skills, and to better understand the significance of consumer behavior trends in crafting business to consumer advertising strategies. I also gained valuable insight into the process of creating data-backed strategies and forecasting consumer trends. Attending university in a culturally vibrant city like Chicago has piqued my interest in two subjects: the study of diverse demographics and consumer behavior. The correlations between lifestyle and brand loyalty, psychographics and purchasing decisions, and ethnicity and consumer values have intrigued me for my entire career as a student of advertising, and more so, as someone who has recently begun to see myself in the average consumer. Through the exemplary education I have received through DePaul, I have been granted the opportunity to examine these phenomena through involved projects and classes such as Branded Content, Consumer Behavior, Consumer Psychology, Advertising Campaigns, Writing for Advertising, and Diversity and Ethics in Advertising. I hope to consolidate these interests in a market or consumer research role that will allow me to closely examine the cross section of people and products, and to leverage that study to help organizations I believe in to better capture the attention and interest of ideal consumers and audiences.
