Successfully organized Spring Fest 2024, the annual Social & Cultural Fest of IIT Kharagpur, with a team of 18 Core Organising Team Heads, 31 Core Organising Team Members, and 49 Associate Members.• Publicised the fest along with a team of 34 campus ambassodars from different colleges and managed participating teams from Uttar Pradesh.• Got 20+articles printed in different newspapers and online media channels.• Was the Crew Member Coordinator during the fest and lead the team of 100 crew members who helped during different events of the fest. • Involved in Publicity Drives in Jamshedpur, Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata publicising the fest in different colleges with fellow associate members.• During the fest I along with two other fellow associate members were responsible for overseeing control and finance tent, looking after the problems and needs of the participants and also the merchandise sales.• Enhaced communication skills through interaction with various students , faculty , sponsors , media houses and vendors, conveying information confidently.
