He consistently brought in new logos, exceeded sales quotas (by a considerable margin) and gained a stellar reputation at Smile Digital Health as an Account Executive who not only understood the Smile product itself (this is no easy feat) but took it upon himself to understand exactly how the Smile product could make a positive and lasting impact for his customers. Indeed, in one of my first roles at Smile Digital Health, the customers brought in by Kunal remarked on multiple occasions as to their positive experiences with the sales process led by Kunal. I had the distinct pleasure of assisting Kunal in closing several high level contracts involving national governments in the EMEA region and it is no doubt that Kunal’s business acumen and natural leadership brought those contracts to Smile’s favour. If that were all there was to Kunal’s contributions, he would still most certainly stand out as an Account Executive of the highest calibre. And yet Kunal combines his competent professionalism with his consummate charm and care: in other words, he is a real joy to be around. In good times and bad, Kunal’s positive energy and perspective were greatly appreciated not only by myself but other members of the Smile team as well. In a time and age where the complexities and uncertainties of a global market must be met with individuals who are able to think intelligently, quick and nimble on their feet and create long and lasting partnerships, Kunal is certainly an individual who is poised to succeed in this 21st century.
