Global Marketing Program Manager
Current• Working within the group Marketing & Communications stream (MACS) with the responsibility to plan, strategize and execute group marketing campaigns for the Capgemini Research Institute (CRI);• Brainstorming the vision to the final approval of all digital/marketing assets and deliverables and deployment of communications and media campaigns;• Working directly with Global C-suite exceutives, and cross-functional teams to dive deep into the root causes of issues / metrics performance and come up with a logical solution / action plan to address the issues;• Managing a team of social media experts, designers, documentation expert, Pardot/Salesforce experts and website managers to effectively deliver campaigns and their reports from conception to market respectively;• Liasing with stakeholders to establish campaign and program objectives; ensuring messaging aligns with brand guidelines, and determine metrics to evaluate campaign performance;• Managing client relations, and serve as a liaison with stakeholders and other teams.
