As a Product Technology Manager, I work with a cross-functional team (Engineering, Product, Design, Program Management, Marketing, and Support) that works on Google Analytics and Google Ads platform to build and execute the product roadmap. Vasper is world's most powerful exercise system designed to give users the benefit of up to a 90-120 min workout in a short 20 min session. The system is based on three core principles: cooling, compression, and interval training which is controlled by a tablet application.My role at Vasper is to work with the research scientists, clients (users), physical trainers, and developers to continually improve the product as well as the tablet app to create the best user experience of the Vasper exercise system. To achieve that goal, I:- Work closely with the research scientists to design & conduct experiments using physiological monitors (Heart Rate, Muscle Oxygen, Brain EEG) with Vasper's technology.- Design the Info. Architecture for running analytics and so that new workout protocols can be designed based on the user’s performance & health goals.- Guide development of an autonomous decision engine based on data models to automatically control equipment settings in real time based on live physiological data.- work alongside the trainers to understand the user's behavior during the workouts, especially patients undergoing rehab, have a disability or are undergoing therapy for multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease.- use insights collected from the observations and user interactions to guide design changes to the tablet application.- communicate user insights and championing user experience to team members.- generate Insights for Product Development by creating Low and High Fidelity app prototypes and conduct usability testing to communicating research across the team.- guide software architecture solutions by communicating design choices to the development, especially, where there the software architecture conflicts with the UX Design choices.- ensure timely and high-quality product updates, manage production deployments and interface with closed user groups to get early feedback on feature updates and new releases.
