A dynamic professional with more than 18 years of experience in Internal Audit (including Process Audits, Risk Based Audit & Functional Audits), Investigations, preparing SOPs and Processes and identifying Cost Saving or Process Improvement opportunities.1. Responsible for managing Internal Audit function for the Group in North.2. Manages Process audits, Risk based audits, Functional audits and adhoc assignments and discuss the findings with Regional and Corporate stakeholders in a constructive manner in order to develop the most appropriate, proportionate solutions.3. Developing Annual Audit Plan for the region through a risk-based approach.4. Reviewing and setting of Internal Control systems for various verticals in the group.5. Understanding and assessing the risks and evaluate the adequacy of the prevalent internal controls6. Provides valuable insights to the Regional and Corporate stakeholders which will help them improve the operational performance.7. Carrying out Internal Audits and ensuring implementation of Audit observations.8. Conducting Investigations (Whistleblower, Fraud and POSH) as part of Regional Governance Committee and ensure adherence to Ethics and Company’s core values.
