• Focusing to meet the target at deadlines on daily and monthly • Manage daily submission report and focus to get all requirement service at minimum turnaround time with quality & volume.• Excellent relationship with the consultants to get the references on time to time basis.• Having extensive experience in all level of hiring all across US and managed to work in all time zones.• Excellent experience in hiring all type of consultants for full time position and contractual.• Involved in account management• Extensive use of internet recruiting tools of various job boards and sites like Monster, Dice and LinkedIn to successfully source the right candidates according to the job specifications.• Arranging Zoom/ Face to Face client interviews.• Making formal offers to candidates selected by clients and ensuring their joining the project.• Expert in dealing with all kind of candidates on W2, 1099, C2C Basis.• Capable of handling multiple requirements at a time.• Salary negotiations up front which require past salary history and current salary objectives from the candidate that is feasible and obtainable within the client’s salary bracket
