Roles and Responsibilities :- Managing entire recruitment for IT & Implementation.- Manpower planning, hiring and training, carry out reference checking for the new recruits, identify various cost time effective recruitment sources.- Fixation of salaries for all new hires in coordination with the Seniors.- To ensure effective implementation of Recruitment Process.- To Conduct the HR Induction Session for the new recruits.- Maintaining personnel records and associated human resource information, maintaining complete recruitment report, Joining reports, & analysis, monthly HR report, weekly as well as monthly.- Employee Data-Base Management- Responsible from end to end support.- Arranging for advertising of job vacancies, interviewing and selection of staff.- Conduct interviews, hire new staff.- Sourcing the candidate from different job portals.- Find out right candidate for right job.- Recruitment of employees according to company's Requirements.- Taking Interviews of candidates.- Salary negotiation and joining Formalities.- Attendance and Leave Records.- Organize Events and Birthday Parties of Employees.- Appointment and Offer letters of Employees.- Have Meetings and Discussion with Employees.- Send update emails regarding Appraisals, Birthday, Joining etc.- Maintain Resume folders.- Having follow up meeting with new joiner- Taking care of Appraisals, Resignation ,Project and issue in work.
