Acme is a diversified Group having international presence in the areas of Telecom, Energy solutions and retail and leader in the field of Passive infrastructure solutions to telecom sector having turnover of more than Rs.2000 crores.ACCSPL is an upcoming retail company providing revolutionary cold chain and storage solutions important for preservation of fruits, vegetables and other perishable products.Brief Job Profile:Reporting to AVP (Supply Chain) and responsible for all capital purchases for set up of supply chain network (from village collection centers to city collection centers and to ultimate customers) and providing logistics solution.Responsibilities:Purchase Planning & Management -Budgeting and managing ordering for Capex and Opex purchase for Food retail business and cold chain Projects, materials management along with payment while adhering to Purchase Policy and Procedures, monitor spend areas. Implementation of sourcing strategies for On Time, In Full supply of materials within agreed budgets & update on availability. Marketing Support & branding purchase – placement of retail vehicles, acquiring marketing forecasts, requirement planning and sourcing of all branding materials, printing of Promo and POP materials, development of packaging materials as per Marketing inputs.Managing stores and inventory analysis at central warehouses in Gurgaon and Ghaziabad. Inter depot transfers as per the sales order requirements. Governing inventory and adhere to the minimum inventory levels.Managing Commercial Taxation issues in materials purchase / transfer. Clearance and duties.Logistics Management – Negotiating and controlling transport cost through Dedicated Contract Carriage and other logistics models and maintain the primary / secondary freight with in budgeted limits. Risk & Insurance management – Liasoning and dealing with insurance companies for risk coverages.

Responsible for material planning & control, purchasing, excise & taxation for raw material stores and bonded warehouse and managing / expending traffic logistics and contracts in support of fast track movement of Raw Materials and finished goods, provide materials on procurement proposals across company business unit, lead project purchasing, responsible for performing all purchasing transactions including the preparation of inquiries, commercial analysis of proposals and the issuance of purchase orders, supervise and direct daily activities as well as coordinate the efficient use of the expediting efforts, communicate with the accounting department to resolve any contractual discrepancies discovered during the billing payable process for all transactions..The major job responsibilities include:CAPITAL PURCHASE: Responsible for all the capital purchases (Indigenous) as per the expansion programme.INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Responsible for inventory management functions at unit level for NON TOBACCO MATERIALS which include scheduling of materials supplies with the suppliers, shipments and storage etc.LOGISTICS: Managing the inbound and outbound transportation of all raw / packing materials from various suppliers and to various C & F agents across India.

Ltd., (Concentrate plant), Pune .Job responsibilities included concentrate sales order’s booking, inventory management, logistics management for concentrate supplies to the bottlers of the area, sales accounting, warehouse management , filing of tax returns and liasoning with tax department. Acted as Supply Chain in charge at unit level (Jammu) and reported to Plant Finance Manager and Area General Manger. Job responsibilities include:Opex Management:Evolving and executing sound and appropriate sourcing strategies at the unit level to deliver sustained competitive advantage to the unit.Production and material planning at the unit level and ensuring the adequate inventory levels of raw/packing materials like sugar, concentrate, chemicals, bottles,performs, caps, crowns, cartons, labels, stickers, finished products.Capex Management:Implementation of the capital expenditure management plan in cordination with user department &Tracking the capital expenditure.Major Capital projects handled include construction of sugar godown, Erection and fabrication of the various plant machineries, rain water harvesting etc. Marketing Expenses Management:Procurement of various POS items like glow sign boards, wall paintings, gates, caps, t-shirts, bags, watches and other items as per marketing schemes etc.Tracking the marketing expenses as per approved budgeted plans.Vendors development:Exploring the world of new vendors for raw / packing materials, capital projects, marketing items and other operational requirements.Implementing effective vendor selection and development.Monitoring and evaluation of performance.Freight and logistics management:Management of effective inbound and outbound logistics for all raw/packing material and finished goods.Freight negotiations and trackings.
