I specialise in the field of Intellectual Property Rights. I worked as an associate from the year 2008 with an IP boutique firm in Mumbai which specialises in Intellectual Property Rights. During my said tenure, I extensively worked on all facets of Intellectual Property Rights such as prosecution viz. pre-registration, post- registration, oppositions, rectifications etc. and litigation viz. filing of suits for infringement of Intellectual Property Rights such as trade marks, copyrights etc, passing off etc to name a few.I had, thereafter from the year 2016, had started my own practice as an Independent Law Practitioner, when I exclusively chose to practice IPR, both Prosecution and Litigation. Owing to my strong foundation in IPR, both in Litigation and Prosecution since the last 15 years, I possess a decent amount of skill in all aspects relating to Intellectual Property Rights. W.E.F. 1st May 2021, I joined ANM Global Inc. as a partner for IP.
