Working as an Individual Shift-Incharge in Chlorine house at Caustic soda Unit- Handling process after electrolyzer for Chlorine, Hydrogen and Caustic soda.- Arrange manpower to sustain production and its handling- Maintain constant flow of Product and establish a supply chain inconvenience to storage handling.- Debottlenecking problem root cause to exele plant efficiency.- HAZOP Study, Job safety analysis and EHS study carried out.

Detailed study of different process and operation carried out in MSQU unit for upgradation of MS to BS6 standards. Along with this, efficiency calculation and designing of Box heater radiant section by Lobo-Evan method and Air Finned Heat exchanger by Q.K method are also performed.

Has done internship in API manufacturing plant and learnt about different unit operation and process also perform detailed analysis on ET zero discharge plant for optimize operations.
