- Responsible for Market Share, Revenue, Profitability, Growth and Image of the Hospital- To drive the entire gamut of Sales and marketing activities with the help of Hospital Management.- To formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand.- To plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans.- To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise Marketing plans for example,CMES, Workshops,Camps, Patient Education Program, Life Style Management - To carry out Research activity related to Marketing plan evolved.- To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for Hospital,- To drive the initiatives for prospective corporate clients and come up with latest retention strategy.

1-Responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting targets and managing the sales team in the Central & Eastern part of Uttar Pradesh. 2-Primary job include: Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth.

1-Assessing clients needs and present suitable promoted products like Forum Supacef Caftum Zoladex etc.2-Liaising with and persuading targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective sales skills. Providing product information and deliver product samples.
