Presently Operations Senior Executive / Project Coordinator(SPOC) in Tata Elxsi :• PMO experience of 6 years• Help in reviewing SOW Commercials• Cost budget estimation and creation of WON/Projects in Internal system• Manage resource on boarding and off boarding as per Project schedule• Resource timesheet tracking• Track SOW/PO’s of projects• Manage Project Milestones and Delivery tracking• Projects Margin working on need basis and inform Higher Management team on critical projects• Support Project teams with Material/items Purchase activities by co-ordinating with Purchase team and costing it to Particular project• Tracking project actuals against budget and forecast• Manage Onsite and offshore Vendors PO , invoice payment related activities• Co-ordinate with Purchase and Finance team for timely release of Purchase orders , Invoice payments to Vendors• Provide Individual Margin workings and commercial approvals to Recruitment team for Resource on boarding• Publish Quarterly BU Margin , Revenue Leakage and Billability reports to Senior Management and other stakeholders• Support in maintaining and updating Customer SharePoint tracker. Upload SOW , PO’s and track all the Project’s SOW , PO , Milestone delivery , Invoice and payment status• Maintain Resource list for both FP and T&M projects with Resource details, Cost, Revenue and Margin details based on effort for a financial year.• Co-ordinate with Finance team and close the Billing related activities of Multiple Projects to Customer• Proficient in MS excel , SharePoint and have basic exposure to Jira Previous Experience :5 months of experience in Bharat Electronics (B.E.L) in Production Control Department working in SAP PP and MM module under Military Communication Equipment's Division. One of the Semi Finalist in an International event (Masterpiece 2017) Held in Dubai under Innovation Category . 4 months of Industrial experience In BOSCH through Projects and Internship .
