   Handling 700+ employees of my region and single point of contact for the assigned business vertical responsible for all on roll end-to-end. Driving the core HR processes which include Talent Acquisition to fulfil talent needs, disciplinary process, PIP and warning letters, Employee grievance handling, query resolution and exit process. Conducting performance counselling sessions and manage sub processes such as Improvement plans, review mechanism for the yearly PMS Cycle appraisal process. Drive the various employee engagement Onboarding surveys from time to time, analyze the outcome and create an action plan for employees for wellness programs and other Social services. Conducting THS to all the employees to know process improvement and employees touchpoint. Major role to the payroll team in sharing the data. Handling BGV, Medical insurance queries, new and old employees UAN and ESI cards, any of the statutory compliance from the employees like POSH, Whistle blower policy and other issues.
