 Knowledge on Main Production Plan (MPP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) Material Requirement Planning (MRP) based on sales forecast from sales department Follow up with technical department for Bill of Materials (BOM) Ensuring the On Time Material availability for assembly (110 Machines every month) Creating and scheduling work orders for In-house manufactured stock components using MRP Analysis and Implementation of Engineering change notices (ECN) in co-ordination with Technical department  Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly production plan  Shortage items analysis for each machine model and controlling under lead time purchase orders Achieving Plan versus Actual on daily basis Preparing Production Schedules and prioritizes job orders for production optimization  Responsible for On Time Delivery (OTD) of products to the customer Planning and scheduling Customer orders based on material availability and production capacity Working closely with Production Managers to ensure all personnel and materials are fully utilized Coordination with all functional areas; Manufacturing, Production , Purchase and Engineering departments Planning of Import materials by interacting with Italy and China on a daily basis Export components planning to China and Italy Reduction of Inventory through ABC Analysis, Planning exceptions and Pareto analysis Maintaining Safety Stock for long lead time items and Optional materials Knowledge on Minimum order quantity (MOQ), Min-Max order, Re-order level (ROL) and planning parameters Monitoring Just In Time (JIT) and KANBAN materials for smooth flow of assembly Daily interaction with the local and import suppliers for material follow up and Quotation  Regular follow up with local and import suppliers for material delivery schedules Reviewing material shortages and Safety stock levels with purchase department  Reduction of Air freight cost
