I started my career into Recruitment by chance. When I joined my first company I had no view of the future. I needed a job and I got one. But when I started I realized this is what interests me... recruiting, helping people get jobs, coping up with everyday stress of submissions and making sure that the one who is hired joins. Recruiting teaches you a lot of things.Working with an US based recruitment firm gave me a lot of exposure, something that I would not have received in the domestic market. I learned about visas, etiquette, people belonging to a different nation, their views, software. Luckily I got the chance to work with the best recruitment firms.Even though I have purely been in this industry for 14 years I still feel that, there is a lot to learn. Everyday excites me of the opportunities of learning that lie ahead of me. I believe that I have found the right career and would stay with it for my whole life.
