We are advocates for the insured against the insurance company. We make it our personal responsibility to evaluate the insured's coverage, prepare all necessary repair estimates for contents and building, coordinate cleaning companies to clean and mitigate further damage, evaluate all aspects of the claim including loss of use, file the claim and attend all meetings for the policyholder. We protect the policyholders best interest in the event of an insurable loss.

Responsible for researching and verifying all company cardholders are not in violations of any with IRS policies and/or SOX Compliance. Communication and provide excellent customer service to all employees of SGS and anyone outside of SGS needing assistance. Assisting with the implementation of the Concur Expense system. Responsible for all US cardholder credit cards, declines, fraud/compromises, MasterCard expensing system training and/or issues.
