CurrentCurrently managing 2 tracks - Core Site UI/UX and WebMD's Flagship mobile application (Symptom Checker).Core site UI/UX - - Managing WebMD's Core Site team responsible for enhancing the user experience for high-priority topics such as conditions and well-being, which is responsible for an average of 100 Million Visits per month.- Working with the design team and stakeholders to decide on additional features and functionalities to improve the overall user experience.- Building the product backlog as per priority and creating user stories. - Making sure to get the product sign-off to ensure a smooth release process.WebMD's Flagship mobile application (Symptom Checker) - - Managing WebMD's Flagship mobile application on both Android and iOS which gets an average of around 320,000 monthly unique visitors- Developed the Product Roadmap for Q2, Q3 and Q4. Actively making the product backlog for each sprint- Working on tools like Firebase to monitor metrics and traffic across both Android and iOS, sending daily push notifications as well.- Making and monitoring releases on Google Play console and Apple App Store connect.- Following the 2-week sprint scrum methodology for the same.Got an opportunity to work directly under the VP of Product for the Innovation Track- Launched "Mood Tracker" - https://www.webmd.com/mental-health/mood-tracker which is a unique tool to track moods to manage and track moods along with identifying patterns for the same- The MVP version for “WebMD Reels", a short content story experience, resulted in an increase of around 90% in the page views per visit metric compared to the original experience.- Build the Product Roadmap and backlog for 3 products along with the VP- Discussed New Product Ideas with stakeholders and developed MVP versions of the same- Monitored Adobe Omniture metrics across the MVP versions and created the product backlog and roadmap accordingly.
