Confirm recommendation of concerned Regional Manger before forwarding deactivation.10. Ensure timely intimation to insurance company for medclaim and PA cases.11. To coordinate and ensure timely reimbursement of cases registered under mediclaim or PA policy.12. To register the new joiners for ESI numbers. Also ensure timely documentation in case of any reimbursement.Attendance Management1. Ensure registration of employees in biometric machine within 3days of reporting to branch/location.2. Leave management including ensure filing of leave applications to be maintained at branch level.3. To share monthly attendance for salary calculation to HO payroll teamSeparations:1. Coordinate with HO /HR for Full and Final settlement amount for exit employees.2. Seek clearance from each department at regional level for F&F of employee and share the same to HO HR.3. Coordinate with HO HR for Experience and Reliving Letter.Employee Engagement:-1. To manage Employee Relations.2. Conduct Employee engagement activities at RO/DO & Branch level.3. Coordinate with training team for event management & R&R activities.4. Wishing e-mail and celebrations of Birthday/Festival/Weddings and Child birth of employees under regional office.
