Operationlization of district level help desk for supporting eKavach and eSushurutapplication. Mentoring and Capacity-building support to district and block level master trainers. Provide support to key district and block level government functionaries on the use ofeKavach dashboard data. Part of the dedicated helpdesk and eKavach support team that will be established at thedistrict level who will be responsible for troubleshooting emerging issues both online andoffline. Support in troubleshooting on application-related issues faced by endusers(ASHAs,ANMs,ASHA Sanginis,CHOs). Travel to the field for hands-on support to end users on reported issues. Support district and block level government functionaries in developing training micro plansand updating of training tracker. Conduct supportive supervision visits (focusing on poor-performing areas)along withconcerned NHM officials to assess the application’s progress.
