Way back in the 2015 . Me & My wife Shweta was driven by the extraordinary dream to see a day when no Indian child would be deprived of rights as basic as survival, participation, protection and development. Like many of us, we Both were to upset when we saw disparities between privileged and underprivileged children. We didn’t like to see children begging and working as servants. Unlike most of us though, What we did something about it. We started helping needy & poor people by feeding free food to them. After Year we created page on FB Called: “Nobody goes hungry tonight” on 13th September, 2016 and started posting activity on fb with a mission that after seen post our friends should start feed at least two poor and hungry people every day covering all the nodes of Navi Mumbai.The initiative was started with two people but today, we make food for at least 50-100 people.Food is prepared at home with the help of a cook and there is usually three menus. “Dal khichdi and dal rice are served on weekdays and on weekend we give pav bhaji. We give bottle of water to each individual as drinking water is scarce for them.Also gives stationeries like notebooks, pens and pencils to the school going kids.We both had similar inclination & decided to do something for them, Our social activity donating books, food grains, Education medicines helping them to starting selling something to earn money etc. Self funding We assigns monthly 5% of our salary for this initiative. We would feel really blessed, if through our initiative, even one individual gets inspired and starts similar drive in their area too,” whose ultimate desire is to see that ‘No One Goes Hungry’.
