As a Project Manager at IIT Bombay, I have been managing the crucial 11 projects of ventilation, where I have been supervising and leading a team of 30 staff and coordinating with 15 Professors. My role involves managing the hiring, purchase and day-to-day management with government entities such as IRCC, TIH etc. Monitoring and reporting project progress and timelines via regular meetings to meet the deliverables of all projects on time. Budgeting and taking care of in and out cash flow from projects. Vendor management and maintaining relations with government and private sectors. I am also looking into the technical management of the project by arranging technical demos for various staff. I am also involved in the study of ventilation and CFD simulations of IITB classrooms using different turbulence models in ANSYS and Open Foam for the optimum comfort and health of students while optimizing ventilation requirements for minimizing the risk of infection spread and maximizing safe exposure time.

Assistant Manager:1. Managing PAN India Government and private projects of Bio-Safety Labs, Operation theatres, clean rooms, HVAC, etc. Monitoring the day-to-day execution activities of the site.2. Business development: Monitoring the flow of new tenders and bidding them at optimum cost. Meeting with different government authorities and proposing work as per domain.3.
