As a Project Manager at IIT Bombay, I have been managing the crucial 11 projects of ventilation, where I have been supervising and leading a team of 30 staff and coordinating with 15 Professors. My role involves managing the hiring, purchase and day-to-day management with government entities such as IRCC, TIH etc. Monitoring and reporting project progress and timelines via regular meetings to meet the deliverables of all projects on time.
