Jiabasics Collection is registered under Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) since late 2019. My passion for minimalist clothing and conducting pop-up events has led me to create this business. I oversee the company, but I don't just manage it—I make sure it's thriving. As a business owner, that means I'm constantly on the lookout for new ways to engage our customers and promote our brand. I manage social media accounts to get our name out there while using them as a platform to engage with customers. In addition, I attract new customers and maintain loyal ones by creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes people feel at home when they walk through our door—and because of that, they keep coming back!We also work very closely with international suppliers during the planning and production process so we can make sure each item is made in a timely manner without any overproduction or delays.
