Currently developing a deep neural network-based system that uses computer vision and machine learning techniques to analyze surgical videos and learn surgical tasks autonomously. The system consists of a convolutional neural network (CNN) for feature extraction, a recurrent neural network (RNN) for modeling temporal dependencies, and a policy gradient-based reinforcement learning algorithm for training the robot to perform surgical tasks.Using unsupervised and supervised learning to train the deep neural network. The unsupervised learning phase involves pre-training the deep neural network on a large-scale video dataset to learn generalizable features. The supervised learning phase involves fine-tuning the pre-trained model on a smaller dataset of surgical videos to learn surgical tasks. The final phase involves training the robot using a policy gradient-based reinforcement learning algorithm to perform surgical tasks autonomously.
