- Incharge on journaled & archived daily operational transactions > 350 transactions every month- Printed out the summary of sales data that had been shipped out a day before from the program on every morning and archieved the data- Checked on sales data that has been inputed by factory staff incharge & archived the data- Reconciled bank statement to adjust with general ledger at every the end of the month- Recapitulated sales calculation every beginning of the month- Inputed sales price into the company system- Ensured employee's receivables had been deducted every month from their salary with amount that had been agreed- Adjusted cash short and over with data from cashier/finance staff to balancing cash account everyday.

- Printed cash receipt for petty cash demand by factory staff to implement shipping operational and other utilities, every monday morning- Wrote number on the cash receipt and typed all the transactions in the cash book, and made sure all of it had been signed by the manager and cashier.- Printed cash receipt for all employees payroll in every division in a period of date 25 - 30/31 every month.- Calculated payment invoices of TBS Purchase that needed to be paid if all the items had been arrived and checked by factory workers, and deducted the tax income 22.- Confirmed with the supplier and re-check the TBS calculation and the fruit total before repayment and Tax invoice have been made.- Checked on the cash that factory staff allocated for operational transactions to prevent fraud
