1. Develop and manage GreatDay-HR's mid to big-sized customer portfolio (200 to 14.000 emp)2. Actively reach out to the customers to ensure that they are well-educated and happy using the system.3. Provide support to customers.4. Provide a demo system to the existing customers in order to introduce GreatDay-HR new features.4. Mediate between customers and GreatDay-HR5. Actively offering to the customers about 'the additional feature of GreatDay-HR' in order to increase company's revenue.6. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.7. Formulate the best strategies to ensure streamlined end-to-end process, customer retention & expansion, as well as prevent churn.
