Topic = Validation of risk-based supervision on Dutch mental health care.In 2009 I started the development of IRiS, the riskdetection system of the Dutch Mental Health Care. This system analyse data on the quality and safety of dutch health care(providers), including quality indicators, company information, cliëntreviews, reports of (severe) incidents and results of performed inspections. The system is used for riskassessment to prioritize and focus inspections. At the moment this system covers almost every healthcare domain in The Netherlands.In 2016 I started a PhD-traject at CAPHRI, Maastricht University. The subject of the thesis is the validation of riskbased supervision on Dutch mental health care. The goal is to develop a evidence based riskmodel that can predict high-risk care and care providers.I have profound knowledge and experience in the following areas:- data science- riskbased supervision- datadriven supervision- business intelligence and datawarehousing- business analytics- datavisualization- quality/safety of healthcare- fraud detection in healthcare- projectmanagement, PRINCE2 en Scrum Master
