Current• Handling end to end supplier sourcing for more than 100cr CSR projects implemented by United Way.• Projects includes Waterbody restorations, school infrastructure, Environmental sustainability, Public Healthcare, disaster relief support and corporate events.• Data base building - Supplier Research, due diligence, onboarding, contracting, renewals and auditing.• Request for proposal, follow ups for Quotations, competitive analysis and generating Purchase orders.• Vendor sensitization, expectation setting, work quality monitoring and verifications.• Nature of Suppliers includes – Civil Contractors, FMCG, SMEs, technical consultants, trainers, Healthcare suppliers, etc across India.• Works with suppliers for continuous improvement on capacity and lead time• Cost control and savings by initiating new strategies• Collaborative with project departments to understand their upcoming requirements• Implemented the procurement software in UWBe as per the requirement.
