Appointed Head Coach. Under the Australian Barbarians banner, coached a Combined States team at the U16 National Rugby Championship - with limited preparation, only meeting the squad the day before the start of the tournament finishing 3nd in our pool and 5th overall (out of 8 teams). A fantastic experience in developing skills around team development, goal setting and relationship management with very limited time to do so.
