Paul Whittaker is an accomplished leader in the field of Information Technology. His credentials include over 15 years of professional experience delivering a wide range of Information System and Healthcare Technology solutions. His responsibilities have included directing large scale implementation and support teams from both a vendor and an end user perspective, establishing technology policy/procedure frameworks and governance structures, and controlling budget expenditure through ongoing process improvement and enhanced operational efficiency. Paul has held fiscal accountability for budgets up to $50 million, and has successfully managed teams and organizations with up to 250 associates. Prior positions held by Mr. Whittaker include an Executive Management role with ClientTrack, an industry leading provider of cloud based software solutions for the health and human services marketplace, where he was accountable for the implementation of all new client contracts, and the Program Management Lead for the Clinical Solutions division of Perot Systems in Plano, Texas, a leading global provider of outsourced enterprise technology solutions. Additionally, Mr. Whittaker was a hand selected member of a team of clinical and technical professionals commissioned by the Federal Courts to assume control of healthcare delivery within the State of California Department of Corrections, where he directed the Receiverships IT Project Management office. Paul Whittaker’s background also includes over 10 years of ownership and operation of a boutique consulting business providing technical project management, strategic PMO development and independent project oversight to clients including Sutter Health of California, one of the largest healthcare delivery systems in the country, and various governmental departments within the State of California.
