Paul Whittaker’s background also includes over 10 years of ownership and operation of a boutique consulting business providing technical project management, strategic PMO development and independent project oversight to clients including Sutter Health of California, one of the largest healthcare delivery systems in the country, and various governmental departments within the State of California.
