Responsible for Product Management of all networking components for the Dell EMC PowerEdge MX platform from initial concept through delivery and ongoing enhancements. Created the initial concepts and ideas for SmartFabric Services leveraged not only in PowerEdge MX, but multiple Dell EMC solutions. Helped drive over $1 Billion in revenue for the MX platform.

Hand-picked for strategic initiative from the President of Dell’s Commercial Sales and Enterprise Solutions business to develop and implement Dell’s next generation of integrated infrastructure in pursuit of a $4B market opportunity. Responsible for the vision and implementation of the solution. Created and managed over 600 Epic and User Stories, leading 8 engineering teams and multiple sub-contractors spread across 6 locations worldwide to implement. As a result, the team has developed multiple technology innovations being leveraged across Dell’s server, networking, and storage management solutions. This program was the most complex multiple-LOB engineering effort Enterprise Solutions had undertaken and I earned the Dell Champion Award for my role in the program.Member of Dell Ventures Strategic Innovation Investment team working with the Office of the CTO, Corporate Strategy, and Corporate Development to analyze potential investment opportunities for Dell in the areas of Enterprise and Cloud datacenter technologies. Evaluated several dozen candidates resulting in the successful investment in select technology companies that align with Dell strategic priorities.

Led the creation of OpenManage Integration for VMware vCenter, Dell’s first “for pay” internally developed systems management solution. Developed the program from pre-concept to product delivery and was credited as one of the best managed development programs in the Product Group. Since initial release, sales reached over $2M annually managing more than 100,000 servers for our customers. This solution won CRN Product of the Year for 2011 alongside the Apple iPad 2. Received Bronze, Gold, Vice-President’s, and two Enterprise Revolutionary awards for my work on this program. Assigned to small team to develop product strategy for the next generation OpenManage Console suite of tools. The strategic recommendations of this team are currently being implemented on Dell’s 14th Generation of server products and will begin shipping to customers in 2017. Received Bronze Award for the success of this strategyPart of team responsible for evaluating and vetting of potential acquisition and business partner candidates including the acquisition of Force 10 Networks and Gale Technologies.

Focused on storage architectures for hyper scale customers, developed strategies to drive creation of DCS storage portfolio, tracked storage roadmaps and interlocked with sales/marketing to ensure appropriate technology transitions.
