My career has woven through the fast-paced madness of Michelin-starred kitchens, and the equally hectic life of a flight attendant. Each step has been a testament to my relentless pursuit of knowledge and my ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts.After earning an MSc degree in Food Engineering, I am now exploring data science to develop more sustainable and circular food systems. My focus is on leveraging deep learning technology for supply chain optimization, aiming to reduce food loss and waste.
