Was promoted based on performance from Senior Trainer to Project Director to IT Director.As IT Director:Manage a team of staff and external consultants to provide IT support and training to our 100+ employee organization in our New York City, Albany, Buffalo, Atlanta, Denver, and Los Angeles offices.Work closely with Project Directors to ensure that they have the IT support they need. This includes purchasing and centrally managing iPads and hotspots for mobile staff, creating data dashboards through Quick Base and our LMS so that staff have access to live data, and automating paper-based evaluation data entry.Oversee all technological initiatives throughout the organization including moving our local file share to the cloud with Microsoft SharePoint, training staff on Zoom, our webinar and video conferencing service, and managing our internal help desk which runs on the ticketing system, Jira. As Project Director:Managed a team of staff and external consultants to coordinate and deliver health insurance and social service eligibility trainings to Local Departments of Social Services and health care professionals across New York state.Primary liaison to the New York State Department of Health to develop and maintain training curricula for both the in-person and online version the NY State of Health Assistor Training; deliver the training twice a month.Serve as the Quick Base database manager for entire organization, training new staff on Quick Base, performing data audits, developing new tables and forms for the company, and generating reports to analyze the effectiveness of our work.Additional responsibilities include hiring staff and consultants, overseeing and executing project budget, and regularly presenting data tracking and analysis at all-staff meetings.
