-Work closely with chief architect and senior Interior designers.-Understanding project requirements and design concepts to translate conceptualized design ideas into drawings for residential and commercial projects-Prepare and support space planning , fabrication drawings, technical & structural shop drawings and specifications to site engineer and sub contractors-Responsible for all 3D designs & 3D visualizations.-Ensure all drawings with quality standard and be able to deliver according to the tight timeline.-Attend site meetings and Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members.-Update drawing and rendering according to site progress and revision.-Perform site surveying and measurements.-Provide material and color specification based on clients needs and preference.-Handle any other ad-hoc duties, tasks assigned and multiple tasks

-Manage the installation of press-pilling work and batching plant-Coordination / Liaise / Meeting with clients, QC , subcontractors and supplier to finish day to day work operations conveniently -Attend site meetings, inspections and safety meetings, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule-Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors-Assist and help the Project Manager at the site office for meetings -Provide regular site progress update status and manpower usage to project manager -Monitoring a group of supervisors to ensure site progress is on schedule
