As a QA/QC Engineer at Shwe Taung Group, I ensure the quality and compliance of various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. I work with a team of engineers, contractors, and consultants to inspect, test, and monitor the materials, processes, and outcomes of the projects, following the international standards and best practices.I have over four years of experience as a site engineer in Myanmar, working on governmental and international projects, such as schools, offices, rural roads, dormitories, bridges foundation and port terminals. I have gained expertise in steel structure projects, leading and managing the construction of the Japan Myanmar Aung San Vocational Training Institute Project, in partnership with Konoike Construction. I have also developed skills in site supervision, project management, contract administration, and problem-solving. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of the infrastructure and facilities in the region.
