Blue Shield's NC User Experience testing group rated it at a 90% improvement. This improvement was a determining factor in Medvantage being acquired by IMS, which led to a strong ROI for stakeholders. This included mobile, tablet and desktop. For mobile and tablet I did the front-end development as well.I was the UX, (UI and Visual Designer) for the Carefirst Quality Scorecard admin tool as well as the measure builder application Hedis. I did competitive analysis, created IA documents, conducted UX document analysis and conducted User Group interviews. I redid IMS's Analytics from XML files to high fidelity comps. I also did the mobile front-end CSS and sprites for the end-to-end flows and architecture I created.
