I have been addressing my future career by taking various business-related courses about different financial fields at the University of Toronto Scarborough and finding my passion is being a part of advisory roles, and passion led me to finish my degree in business accounting. Besides, my fast learning skills, outstanding ability to observe all the details and proactive personality are the highlights of my attributes.I am proficient in speaking English, Cantonese, and Mandarin as one of my competencies. In previous years at the University of Toronto Scarborough as an accounting specialist student, I have studied financial statement analyzing, accounting budgeting, and most CPA examination prerequisite courses. Specifically, that includes capstone advanced accounting case analysis, corporate governance & strategy, management control system, advanced Canada Income taxation, and also the prerequisites of the accounting course. Due to my pro-active and learn-hungry personality and my work performance, I earned the funded opportunity to get my CSC completed.As now, I work currently in CIBC as a CSR to open up my view and understand how the financial world operates to put everything into practice. More specifically, I enjoy that I can utilize my knowledge and expertise to provide advice to clients that accommodate their needs and suits them best. In my current workplace, I have been nominated for the ‘Moment maker campaign” in the third quarter of the year 2022, as being one of the most responsible and efficient tellers at work as well as applying my organizational skills and multi-tasking skills. Additionally, I have also been promoted to acting head teller whereas the head teller is away. Moreover, I have been trained to be a detail-oriented employee who is good at investigating errors that other customer service representatives made in electronic journals when the systems are not balancing.I currently looking for financial advisor roles in the banking industry, and I would look forward to more discussions regarding what kind of person I am in depth.
