As a technical lead, I manage a team of four backend developers. My primary responsibilities include analyzing product requirements, creating tasks for the team, and tackling non-trivial code that necessitates research. I have conducted internal investigations and proposed several process changes that significantly simplify development. I worked on two projects: "Weekend Fairs on Blockchain" and "Active Citizen on Blockchain." These projects aimed to address voting and queuing problems by ensuring fairness and transparency. During this period, I developed strong skills in Solidity and Rust.I served as the sole backend developer and CTO for these projects. I successfully analyzed the requirements, created the MVP, and implemented all the necessary features and integrations. Additionally, I ensured comprehensive test coverage for the projects. During this time, I made significant contributions to the "parity-wasm" and "exonum" projects. Furthermore, I conducted independent research to enhance the project's technology stack.

I worked on Solomoto, an eCommerce online platform catering to small and medium-sized businesses. My role encompassed various aspects of the system, including payment gateway integrations, site constructors, loyalty program services, and advertising.Two notable accomplishments during my tenure were: Migration of the entire codebase from legacy and obsolete database drivers to new ones. This migration was executed smoothly, without disrupting our existing codebase, as we utilized canary updates. By undertaking this migration, we ensured the stability of the platform while leveraging improved database drivers. Standardization of all code guidelines within the project. This initiative resolved multiple issues stemming from discrepancies in operating systems, file encodings, and personal preferences. By streamlining the code guidelines, we saved a significant amount of time during the review and deployment processes, while also mitigating merge conflicts.These achievements contributed to the overall efficiency and robustness of the Solomoto platform.

I worked on a distributed document processing system designed to analyze various types of documents, including text, media, and video. The system's primary function was to aggregate this information and enable multi-dimensional data searching. As a highload system, it processed approximately 1TB of data per day.One of my key contributions to this project was optimizing SQL query plans, resulting in a significant reduction in query times by several orders of magnitude. These optimizations greatly enhanced the system's performance and responsiveness.Moreover, this project provided me with the opportunity to expand my skill set. I gained expertise in TypeScript and utilized .NET Core, which were instrumental technologies in the development of this system.
