Responsible for sales innovations and strategic business development.

Karvy Realty India Limited (KRIL), are the real estate arm of one of India's premier financial services group - the Karvy Group. Role:Deliver the team sales target ,Manage and motivate the sales and quality performance of a team of up to 10 Sales Executive, Ensure Executives are delivering individual sales targets, Report and distribute management information highlighting areas for improvement and those of concern and opportunity ,Appraise and develop staff and Maximize productivity.

Managing direct sales and marketing. Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
