Allocated & superintending Abu Dhabi Airport Cargo, Ground and catering, Operation Depot & Accommodation site. Day-to-day managing of operations in client portfolio ensuring all solutions both managed and man power, are delivered in the scope of the commercial client contract and in line with the TG operating procedures, that revenue and costs are managed under the scope of the contract.Maintaining a consistent and strong relationship with client in line under the guidance of the Account Manager.Responsible for the preparations of the monthly staff meetings and for the daily/weekly briefings with team supervisors.Responsible and accountable for shift deployment, time and attendance staff training (Internal & External)looking after staff welfare/absenteeism and attrition.Responsible and accountable for staff briefings/Induction/Tool Box Talks/Safety.Responsible and accountable for monthly meetings, client as well as department and Operational team.keep monitoring on the new recruitment/ mandatory training/deployment of staff, to ensure right people allocated on the right positions.Responsible and accountable for client SLA/KPI performanceResponsible and accountable for Admin & Operation Coordinators performance like Airside pass and ADP and any other related documents Responsible and accountable for staff uniforms, planning delivery and maintenance

-Responsible for Baggage Operation handling approximately 20000 bags per day, from over 200 Aircraft movements-Incharge of more then 200 staff actoss different grade and shift patterns -Responsible for joining,transfer and arrivial baggage-Identify issues related of baggages and cargo handling and resolve them in a possible way-Ensuring company safety procedures and standards are followed-Ensuring disciplinary procedure are followed when necessary -liasing with other Airline concerning baggage issuesidentify staff needs and provides feed back to senior management-Ensuring operational activities are met with KPI set by EAS Ground.
