• Follow-up with Branches / Segments in order to obtain Compliance Reports / rectifications / resolutions in timely manner.• Coordination with Quality Assurance & Monitoring Team for Consolidation & Preparation of Database / MIS of Branch & Non-Branch Entities Exceptions, Based on Reviewer’s findings and Compliance.• Preparation of Compliance & Internal Controls Department’s Dashboard on Monthly Basis.• Preparation / Updation of Risk Control Matrices their mapping with Bank's Policies / Procedures and updation of segment-wise Process Flows acoordingly. • Preparation of Pan Pakistan Annual Branch Review Plan and keeping it updated according to proposed / approved changes.

• Coordinate with Regulator / Central Bank Inspection Team and help in providing & arranging their required information / data for their Inspection. • Correspondence with other Departments / Groups for collecting & arranging information / data for Inspectors.• Consolidate the bank wide data in order to produce Information & Reports as per Regulatory requirement.• Preparation of Bank-wide Compliance of Regulatory findings for onward Submission• Preparation of Bank-wide Penalties Imposed by Regulator. Its allocation and dissemination to relevant areas after necessary approvals.• Preparation of Institutional Risk Assessment Framework (IRAF) – a regulatory requirement / framework for Self-Assessment, on bi-annual basis for onward Submission• Development & Management on Monthly basis, the bank wide database pertaining to “Issues Tracking & Monitoring” (ITAM). • Preparation of Analytical Reviews & Presentation on Regulatory finding for higher management and Board of Directors which helps them take effective measures.• Follow-up the External Auditors reports observation for compliance, till their final resolution.• Handling of all IT related matters, Information Management, Integrity, Security & Troubleshooting, in order to resolve / address all queries.• Undertaking Specialized Assignments / Projects, if any, on an ongoing basis.

• Worked with Group Head Audit in reorganizing available database of overall Audit Group, covering all Audit Centers & Audit Hubs operating throughout Pakistan.• Worked with Research & Development Team within Audit Group to automate Bank’s Standard Operating Procedures, Audit Working papers, Programs & Audit Function within the bank.• Assistance in IT Audit during bank’s IT audit. • Supervising the process of automation of audit results submitted by field auditors, to prepare final report to be forwarded to the higher Management.• Preparation of branch wise / region wise / circle wise MIS / database for Audit Centre, for information and ready reference.• Generation of various reports including Credit Information, Advances, Deposits, Profit / Loss and other significant areas, on the basis of Audit Reports, to be used for follow-up, compliance and future analysis.
