As a key supervisor in fulfillment operations, I oversee the end-to-end processes for various renowned brands, including Women Zone, Hijab Pakistan, Swiss Miss, Krave Mart, ITT Food, Suffaer, Hamdard Pakistan, Physio gel, and Essentia, among others. My role includes ensuring seamless execution of orders and maintaining operational efficiency. In addition, I also take the lead in managing packaging solutions across all these brands, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards from production to delivery.

Responsibilities Directly manage the process of procurement, quality control, packing, dispatching and order processing Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates. Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. Organize warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers. Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations. Evaluate budgets and expenditures. Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements. Receiving of all incoming stock with proper documentation Maintenance of documentation of received raw material and other items maintaining and update the software data regarding stock, Orders and Updating the stock of display & assistance in Audit/ Stocktaking. Effective coordination with Factory Warehouse, Accounts and Higher Management. Ensuring safety of all Store items from damage, misplacement or theft Sop’s Implementation regarding Quality of Stocks. Maintaining Reports for Operational Meeting. Facilitating Audits. Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team of people. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities• Report directly to the chief executive of the company and present departmental performance report to the CEO and chairman of the company.• Managing relationship with vendors and evaluate them on the basis of product quality, prices, credit limit and customized offers.• Making stock inward and outward policy and provide stock report to counter with slow moving and dead stock items.• Directly manage the process of procurement, quality control, packing, dispatching and order processing.• Consult with manager call center to reduce pre-sales returns, post sales return and customer complains.
