Faisalabad

• Manage and supervise all In-Store QA METRO compliance activities to ensure the process complying with METRO Policy.
• Conduct In-Store QA Audits for areas mentioned in scope of Audit (Delivery Solution, Customer Services, House Keeping, Integrated Pest Management, Fresh Dry and Non-Food Depts.) at defined frequency, help team to fix.
• Regional supplier development (Fresh & Ultra Fresh) as per “MAS” (Metro Assessment Services) from facility layout to final products at display for METRO Cash & Carry Pakistan.
• Develop and execute QA Projects for In-Store Product Processing (Bakery, Meat), enhancing the bottom line profit of respect departments.
• Check and strengthen the implementation of Self Control System In-Store (HACCP, Control documents)
• Contact with local authorities and service providers, IPM and House Keeping etc for general issues of Store to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Lahore

• Managing 21 outlets of Pizza Hut North region for QA as per brand standards.
• New Vendor/Supplier Development (Flour, Meat, Packaging industries) with respect to Pizza Hut International Standards based on HACCP and ISO 22000-2005.
• Develop new, and modify existing products and processes
• Wheat procurement and supervising the milling of wheat for Pizza Flour production throughout the whole year.
• Supervise chicken processing at vendor premises as per brand standards and develop their systems of HACCP and GMP.
• Conduct training sessions regarding Quality, Hygiene, Pest Management and Food Safety for the restaurant and non-restaurant management staff.

• Check raw ingredients for maturity or stability for processing, and finished products for safety and quality.
• Evaluate food processing and storage operations, and assist in the development and implementation of quality management procedures and systems for such operations.
• Inspect food processing areas in order to ensure compliance with standards for sanitation, safety, quality, and waste management standards.
• To determine and document any areas that may need improvement.
• To review and analyze the effectiveness of the modifications made.
• Inspecting and sampling the entire manufacturing process in compliance with the provided standards.
