A researcher in computational biophysics, focused primarily on soft matter and structural biology. I have expertise in modelling and predicting the protein structure and their structural, functional, biophysical and biochemical properties, their interactions and association with other molecules like protein, membranes and small molecules and complexes using molecular dynamics and bioinformatics. I also quantify these interactions and binding affinities using free energy calculations. In addition, I have expertise in mathematical modeling, investigating the kinetics of regulatory enzymes in different networks/pathways applied in system biology.
