ResponsibilitiesTo manage all processes in manufacturing of Natural Herbal Products (300+ products) as per DRAP & GMP guidelines.To monitor and manage all activities on production floor, ensures that all resources are available and fully utilized. Being an OD manager; To manage all system based supply chain activites through SAP 4 Hanna. To manage works to increase production efficiency, minimum wastages and maximum utilization of resources (Men, machines, & materials). Prepares monthly production schedules based on F / G stock level. Obtain approvals from General Manager for continual improvement in production facility. Prepares daily shift Planning schedule. To ensures that all shifts positions on all production lines are managed and smooth running, as per company procedures & policies.To ensures that production targets are properly met.To update material stocks and minimize time wastage. To ensure full utilization of machines and equipments with maximum capacity & quality. To prepares production reports, points out any deviation from established target and recommends corrective action as necessary. To manage and monitor maintenance of machinery on daily basis as per requirement.To Implement and ensure fully implementation of SAP, QC standards and procedures. To coach and train production staff, by performing on job training programs. To evaluate performance of subordinates. To implement company safety rules and fire regulations. To follow company rules and regulations pertinent to administrative policies.
